KEEP IT WILD A BRUXELLES
On February 1st, 2024, Patricia de Solages' performance "Keep it Wild" will be presented at the Notre Dame au Sablon church at 8 PM. It's a visual and auditory performance that stages whales in dialogue with classical music. The purpose of the performance is to increase general awareness about the beauty and fragility of the marine world. This space that borders us is little known, yet it's essential to our life. The survival of this nature and our culture are inextricably linked. By immersing the audience in the heart of a church submerged at the bottom of the seas, blending the hypnotic singing of whales with the most beautiful musical repertoires. With this performance, Patricia aims to contribute to this awareness through the prisms of beauty and spirituality. And to invite the audience to take concrete action, this time, spectators will be invited to contribute to two foundations: the TARA Foundation and the Thalie Foundation for ecology and culture.
The performance on February 1st will take place as part of the activities offered by the BRAFA (Brussels Art Fair), in the form of a free concert open to all audiences. It had encountered great success in Paris in 2021 during the Nuit Blanche, where more than six thousand people had participated in "Keep It Wild" at the Saint Eustache church.
